For the month of July, Platinum Physio is providing free balance assessments, to help you get started on the road to improved mobility, decreased risk of falling, and living a more active and healthy life!

The Australian Government recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise each day. Our physio supervised exercise sessions ensure that you exercise safely, and your physiotherapist will ensure you gradually and appropriately increase the challenge and intensity of your exercise regime.
