Rod is a Director and Principal Physiotherapist with over 10 years of private practice experience. He passionately treats all musculoskeletal conditions with a range of treatment modalities ranging from manual therapy to exercise based rehabilitation. He collaborates with leading orthopaedic specialists and utilises current research to achieve great patient outcomes. Outside of work, Rod is a proud father of 2 boys and a huge sports fan!

Gillian Buckley
Physiotherapist
Gillian Buckley is a physiotherapist who has worked in the area of lymphoedema management and post cancer physiotherapy care for the past 24 years. Gillian is an APA titled Lymphoedema Physiotherapist and an Accredited Therapist with the Australasian Lymphology Association. Gillian has been a member of the Lymphoedema teams both at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Mercy Health Lymphoedema Clinic. Gillian now works solely in private practice in East Brighton.
Gillian’s professional interests include assessment and management of all lymphoedemas, including primary and secondary lymphoedema, and lipoedema. Gillian also treats the musculoskeletal complications of treatment for breast cancer.
Our clinic offers screening and advice for the prevention of lymphoedema after cancer treatment. Our assessment tools include SOZO (bioimpedance spectroscopy) and LymphScanner. Our treatment tools include compression garments and wraps, manual lymphatic drainage, scar therapy, intermittent compression pumps and photobiomodulation (Low level laser/LED).

Zoe Diamond
Physiotherapist
Zoe is a titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with a Master of Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy from The University of Queensland. She is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love through evidence-based rehabilitation, tailored exercise programs, and hands-on care.
With extensive experience in elite and community sport, Zoe currently works with the Box Hill VFLW program and has previously been a physiotherapist for the FINA Indoor Swimming Championships, Caulfield Grammarians Football Club, Melbourne High Foootball Club and South Melbourne FC Soccer. She has a particular interest in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, using the gym to build strength, confidence, and resilience so her patients can return stronger than before.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a sporting injury, or simply wanting to move with less pain, Zoe enjoys creating individualised rehabilitation programs that are both challenging and achievable. Having experienced her own injuries over the years, she understands the physical and mental challenges of rehabilitation and enjoys supporting patients through every stage of their recovery.
Outside of work, Zoe loves exploring hiking trails, playing basketball, supporting the mighty Bombers, and playing guitar.

Carlie is an accredited lymphoedema therapist with the Australiasian Lymphology Association, which enables her to assist clients with lymphoedema, lipedema, cording, and swelling. Carlie enjoys supporting clients with hands on treatments, progressing to exercises in our fully equipped on site gym.
