  • 1:1 Physiotherapy/Hydrotherapy: 1:1 sessions with one of our Physios is the perfect way to get the ball rolling in the initial stages of your injury! With the guidance of one of our Physios, we will create an individualized treatment plan for you and determine whether you would benefit from 1:1 treatments, group sessions or both on an ongoing basis!
  • Hip/Knee Hydrotherapy Groups: Our 1:4 hydrotherapy groups are designed specifically for hip/knee injury rehab! They are the perfect way to get back into activity and exercise, supervised by one of our dedicated physios who will monitor your symptoms and progress you rehab as appropriate! The pool also offers a controlled and near weightless warm environment, which is ideal to enhance the management of your injury and rehabilitation!
  • Pilates/Rehab/Gym Groups: Platinum Physio offers tailored exercise programs created specifically for your hip/knee injury. Our dedicated physios will work closely with you during these sessions to supervise your exercises, provide hands on treatment when required and progress you as you are able.
